What can I say about this Tangie company and their products? The only thing I can think of is WOW! I have been using Costco's laundry detergent for many years, mainly the Free & Clear type. I have also tried Tied and Arm and Hammer. I have also been using Downy and Suavitel fabric softeners. I am a person who has been suffering from MAJOR allergies for decades, and both my kids also suffer from allergies. After such a long time I have realized and discovered (by accident) how much toxic chemicals all these detergents contain, specially the ones that clean really well. Persil is one of those that has a really good reputation and one of the best detergents that clean the best, BUT, I just found out that Persil is one of THE worst detergents ever due to the terrible heavy chemicals they use. My situation is so bad that whenever I use detergents with a little bit of scent/perfumes etc my nose gets swollen and it hurts from breathing that stuff all night while I sleep. I mean, my nose is right on my pillow with all these chemicals and I can definitely feel it.

To make things really short, I just discovered this company, Tangie, also by accident, and I started reading more and more about their products. I got so curious that I simply decided to buy a few of their stuff. I purchased the laundry detergent bar, their stain remover and two shampoos. I was really skeptical about all this and I thought I was going to end up asking for all my money back. Boy was I wrong. These products are bloody FANTASTIC! Their laundry detergent, without any fabric softener, leaves my clothes very very soft and I can't believe I'm saying this but the Kirkland detergent I have been using with the fabric softener does NOT have the same effect as this Tangie detergent. That's just amazing. I have been adding eight drops of my favorite oil essentials to the dirty laundry together with the Tangie and my clothes comes out not smelling like Chanel No 5, but it does indeed have this feel and a natural pleasant smell like plain clean clothes. The smell is a very natural clean scent, is hard to describe it but that's the best I can do. My laundry with the Kirkland free & clear always left my clothes smelling stinky with that very unpleasant wet dog smell and that's why I always had to put a ton of Downy or Suavitel with those heavy perfumes to "kill" those nasty odors. The way Tangie has washed my clothes is like day and night. Is really fantastic and I know I'm not making this up or imagining things because my nose is really sensitive.

The Citrus shampoo that I tried so far is darn fantastic. I'm in my late 40's and my hair really needs all the care it can get without any nasty chemicals and alcohol from all those shampoos I've tried, even some that claim to be more "natural", which still contain chemicals. This Tangie shampoos are just great. From now on I am a believer and from now on I am buying these Tangie products and I am so glad that I found this company. I have actually had the privilege to speak with the owner over the phone, Angie, and she is just awesome and very kind.

I will say that the Tangie detergent is not cleaning (everything) well as I wish it would. For example the socks that my kids use and drag all over the house. I washed two pairs of them as a "test" and they came out not very clean. I washed one more time and this time I wet them and applied the stain remover for about 30 minutes and then washed them again with hot water. Some of the dark dirt at the bottom of the socks was still there. I'm new at this so maybe there is a better way to clean suck dirty clothes with this Tangie detergent so I will continue trying to look for better results. Even if this detergent doesn't clean everything you throw at it I am still buying it from now on, it is just fantastic and I am super happy. I am not a car mechanic nor my kids come home with grass stains on their clothes so for the stuff we are washing this product has already made me more than happy. I just can't believe this product is not sold everywhere.
