I really wanted to like these. There was a blow out with every single poppy diaper. After a lot of research I highly recommend Ecoriginal diapers for a cotton diaper that is free of toxins. They even have them for sale on Amazon for less money then they sale them in the Ecoriginals website. Ecoriginals are lovely diapers!

Found these from a Better Goods post, these are the only ones I use now (overnight/when we're not using cloth diapers). A disposable I feel ok about putting on my LO.

I bought tons of these diapers. Mostly in size 1 but also a package of Newborn. I also bought Hello Bello ones Newborn. I have to use Hello Bello (though they feel slightly small in size newborn). My baby just arrived a week ago and she was just shy of 9 lbs at birth. The Little toes newborn size are so huge they must be really size 1 or verging on size 2?? I have had several babies in the near 9 to 10 lb range. These are not newborn diapers. This isn't a more mature baby. 1) you have to fold the front of diapers down for belly button to dry up and fall off. You cannot fold it down far enough before the tab strip starts. I may be able to use these like high waisted pants on her once that fall off. 2) they are quite wide side to side so I'm not sure how they will do even if I can figure out how to distribute the length vertically. She still isn't fitting these and has gained weight and is closer to 9.5 lbs now. 3) the pattern isn't very gender neutral. For me it works because I'm using it on a girl but the patterns and coloring are VERY feminine. I feel this would be weird to diaper a boy with.

I cloth diaper my little one, but we went on a long trip where I wouldn't be able to wash diapers and these worked perfect! They weren't insanely expensive and worked just fine.
