I'm currently on Day 2 of the cleanse. I took two pills the night before and that Day 1 was an unbelievable experience. I never been to the bathroom so much. Day 2 morning was the worst cramp I felt in a while. Last time I felt anything close to that was being dehydrated while doing yard work in the Alabama humidity. I started at 218lbs and currently down to 210lbs. But I did have a alot of junk foods and drinks before starting the cleanse and not expecting to lose 4 day everyday. I do walk 5 miles a day (3 miles at the park and walk the dog 3 times a day). I drink 80oz+ of water and have a large smoothies, nuts and steam vegetables. The good thing is I work mostly from home, so the frequent bathroom breaks are less embarrassing. The positive effects for me is the accountability factor. If I stick to the cleanse for 15 days then these things will happen. I will lose weight which I'm trying to get down to at least 190lbs for my 44th birthday in 50 days. I have no urge for alcohol, sodas or junk food because of the way the cleanse makes your body feel. It kind of forces you to eat clean because it's taking so much out of you that's not clean. And lastly I can feel my energy level rising and my stress level is definitely lower now. No random chest pains or twitching eyes. I don't even bite my nails anymore (which wasn't a think thing anyway). So I definitely can say it's worth it at this moment and it's only been 2 days. I will give a final update after 15 days.

I originally bought it because I didn’t “go” in 4 days, and felt bloated. I’m also trying to lose weight so I want to see how much could actually come out of me haha. I started at 263, and on day 3 I’m now 257. But let me tell you I feel like I’m going to pass out most of the time. Stay really hydrated while taking this. The cramps are real and you will live in your bathroom. But the results are great ! My stomach is flatter for sure and I feel lighter all around. If you’ve never done a cleanse give this a shot for sure

You about damn near blow the thrown apart like a nuclear 💣, lawd have mercy 🥴 I've never felt so much lava come out of that orifice in all my life. Do yourself a favor: STAGHER👏THE👏CAPSULES👏. One is gentle enough to use in the morning, so you won't be having emergencies, but it's still doing it's job. Take the second before bed. Again, same thing.Day 3 so far and I'm pretty content with the progress. It takes a couple days to really feel like it's making a physical difference, but it really is. I don't feel as crappy (pun intended lol), starting to be a little more energetic, and idk maybe it's in my head, but I just feel like my overall internal health feels better 🤷‍♂️ I'm ngl, I'm looking forward to the next week or so, now that I learned my lesson on taking 2 at once lol Stagger them to twice a day, morning and night, and it's a much better experience (at least for me, anyway).

This does work, at least it did for me. I took just one pill at night before bed with 10 ounces of water. I was concerned about waking to pee frequently (I often have to do that when drinking liquid after 7pm) but I did not. Had a normal bowel movement upon waking, then for the next 4 hrs had periodic movements that were soft. No real cramping to complain about. I only did it for the one day, because I'm busy, but when I have time will do it again, hopefully 2 days in a row to get a thorough cleanse. Maybe I will screw up the courage to take 2 pills/one night only. lol. Anyway, it works fine and price is right.
